Nine questions
What are you being charged for this month?
Not what you remember signing up for. What is actually still billing you, right now, including the things that renewed while you weren't looking.
The difference between those two lists
Everyone can name the subscriptions they use. The gap is in the ones that are still active without being used — and because nothing announces them, the only way to notice is to look at where the money leaves.
37%
of people surveyed in the EU had kept paying for a digital subscription they had stopped using and forgotten to cancel
18% said it happened often, 19% sometimes.

Three places to look
The banking app
Most card-based charges live here, usually under recurring payments or subscriptions.
The phone
App Store or Google Play keeps its own subscriptions list, separate from anything your bank shows.
PayPal and e-mail
Automatic payments in PayPal, plus receipts sitting in your inbox for things billed neither way.
What NoBill does with that
A screenshot of any of those becomes a list: service, price, billing cycle, monthly and yearly totals. From then on, a reminder arrives before each charge, and trials get warned about before they convert.
